actually, I have.

I've had opponents in civil cases
who literally will say anything
to win their case, whether based in
truth or fiction.

I received some opposition papers yesterday
of that very ilk. This was in the context of
post-trial motions. The plaintiff was literally
referring to "evidence" which, not only was
non-existent, but which could not even
be inferred from the actual evidence.

It was like reading an AS post.

Probably because equally strange people like Mephisto and Ray Duray swallow it up.

Garbage? I predicted months ago exactly what is happening now. On Howard Dean, I predicted the entire Democratic leadership would start being unified against hm. That is happening. I next predict Bushies secretly admit the war has been a collosal failure and they have to somehow get rid of it as an issue. So before the election sometime, they'll start pulling our troops even though that will leave Iraq an even more lawless place than it is now. The one thing they will secure are the oil facilities, because that was their #1 reason for the invasion.
