Kay found no Anthrax or the Bushies would be parading it around on an air-craft carrier celebrating. Quit lying. They found some paperwork and suspicious equipment. That's all. And when Bush declared "We found them!" meaning those mobile labs, he was lying again as the labs turned out to be nothing nefarious.
