You're confusing me. I thought every drug addict is breaking the law in one way or another. Some addicts obtain drugs legally...methadone users are legal addicts. Should we uphold the law for all drug addicts, or only those addicts who say we should uphold the law for all drug addicts? Rush says we should send them all to jail...he had a particular place in his heart for white users, who he claimed were getting away with it far too often.
