Oh I'd say he was quite brilliant. I mean he went through sipping shamPAGney water - and now he has the presidency. Can't get any sharper than that. Right? I mean, his dignity is still intact because at least he served. I really don't think Clinton served at all - and we don't really need to recount what happened to his dignity.
