It wasn't a threat to us either. If our administration actually thought Iraq was a threat, they were wrong. It has nothing to do with taking France's word- I guess you didn't really read my post. I think you reacted a bit too quickly. If you re-read it you would see my point was not really about France only. In this case the world would probably be a lot better off if we had followed France's example. But sometimes good comes from stupid actions- so maybe Iraq will become a silk purse. The odds are against it, but we can hope.
