I think that if Clinton would have had intel that said Iraq would launch WMD in 45 minutes, he would have launched an all out attack to deflect attention from the Blue dress.

Therefore he no such intelligence indicating hard evidence that WMD existed in Iraq. He only had the same indication of a probability that WMD might exist, or they might not.

There never was any such hard intel, under Clintoon or Shrubbie.
