Oh, I see - it's OK for spending to rise 2-3x the rate of inflation if you just add enough more people to the tax roles to bring the "spending per taxpayer" down? That's original. I guess you really hate it that the Bush tax cuts took a bunch of low income people off the roles and made the spending per taxpayer go up.
