Notice the debt was less than one trillion when Reagan took office - Now it is close to 7 Trillion and most of that increase came under Republican Presidents.

National DEBT (Clinton/Gore):

12/31/1992
4,064,620,655,521.66
> Reagan/Bush I leaves

12/31/2000
> Clinton/Gore leaves
$5,674,178,209,886.86

Rate of inflation average = 3.1%, however Clinton/Gore debt only increases by 4.26% per annum and leaving the country with an enormous budget surplus and having added 22 million jobs! The National Debt actually began to fall in last 2 quarters of 2000 and first quarter of 2001. The Concord Coalition had to take down their Times Square sign because it did not calculate backwards.

There is no comparison to Reagan\Bush disaterous economics.
