You are picking up the best assests at the cheapest discount. Even if you wirte of "Hubner" as a zero BRW will still survive. It is a matter of time before there are cost savings at the regional/metro level because of the new fiber lit. Secondly, some more Fortune 100/500 companies are outsourcing wavelent requirments. This trend will contiune, provided Corvis capitaizes it with a good sales force. Then it is a function of time, internet traffic, new customers when we would finally seel LVLT's stock level. Meanwhile, LVLT has a mesh of an inchorent network, so does MCI, so does T. They wil have to spend more to upgrade if they have a vision. Meanwile, BRW does not need any significant upgrade another cash savings. Just be patient. May or Sept we could see $4.00. Meanwhile, I have written of Hubner and the equipment side till at least 06, if and if only there is a need at the core due to a surge in internet traffic. Regards Immi
