I think I saw that site once. I was wondering: Why does that site also show that the debt increased (albeit much more slowly) during each of Clinton's years, even when there was a surplus? That must be a different measurement than the official "deficit" figures. Even in the two big "surplus" years, that site shows an increasing debt.
