Clinton balanced the budget over the objections of the Gingrich congress. dick Armey declared that if Clinton's tax hikes for the rich went through we'd go into a depression. Instead, we got the best economy ever in our lifetimes. The markets love balanced budgets. Bush is the most reckless deficit spender ever, plus his tax cuts have not even produced any jobs. We should all pray to get Clinton's economic policies back. They work.
