ElM, you are confusing quality with quantity. It's not the size of a country which determines its wealth. As proven by India's poverty and Switzerland's wealth. It's the ability and culture of the country which decides it. People choose to be poor. India has voted to be poor for half a century. China hasn't had voting so they didn't have a choice.
