The PLSRA? How bright are you? That is one of the pillars used to erode the protections put in place after the last Depression. It was the securities act of 1933 and 1934 that was totally undermined by the PLSRA; and the courts, robbed of jurisdiction. But the solution is easy. Without under the table bribes, most Legislative Reps would be honest, wrong sometimes, but honest. PASS CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM, SUNSHINE LAWS FOR POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS ABOLISH SOFT MONEY.... That's it, it is that simple.
