How, specifically, did he "start the bubble"? Was it the evil part about balancing the budget? Cutting military spending? Slowing the growth of government? Getting BJ's?

I was reading about these partial birth abortions, they have to kill the fetus before delivering it.

If it's no big deal and only an abortion, what are they killing? A baby?
