Yes, Saddam's accounting was terrible, Oh.. I'm not so sure about that.. That is, unless YOU were his accountant.. hehe Most regimes of this nature are impeccable record keepers, giving the total control nature of the leadership structure. And they sure kept a stash of intelligence files (rivaling the 9 1/2 mile tall Stasi records).. Thus, it indicates they wouldn't just permit WMDs to be handled by potential rivals without requiring proper records. Hawk
