What that says is the captured foreign fighters said that there was terrorist training at Salman Pak.

Ok, he captured some alumni of the school, who said there was terrorist training there, and you are going to disbelieve it because...he found an APC there? What would persuade you? a big "Welcome to Saddam Hussein Terrorist Training School" sign?

You could notice that tank and armored personnel carries are not typical terrorist weapons.

They have however, been targets (I won't say 'typical') for Hamas and Hizbullah, who attack military as well as civilian targets. If Saddam was training fedayeen for a guerilla war, they would have had to know how to attack soliders as well as civilians.

You really seem to want to prove Saddam innocent of any link to terrorism, even to the point of warping statements into meaning the opposite of what they say.
