Greenie,

The problems I see with the OSX right now are:

1. The funds are pilling on the hotter stocks and selling into every OSX rally.

2. There are many stocks with profits this year and very few sectors with losses. The OSX should get hit pretty hard with tax selling this year. Even with cold weather, I find it hard to believe that the weather will overcome the tax selling.

3. NG prices need to run their course and decline to a level that demand returns long enough for the cycle to start over again. My guess is it will be a lot shorter than normal cycles due to declining supply, but a cycle none the less.

4. I don’t see any rotation until 2004. There is an incredible amount of cash available and the funds will want to protect profits for the next 6-7 weeks.

5. Did anyone mention the locust?
