Most of us know he was engaged in regional terrorism. But there is no link to US terrorism. On the contrary, there is a strong link to the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center. That is US terrorism. You are just determined to ignore any evidence that does fit your ideas of "international law" and "sovereign countries" - ideas which you can shape as they please, as they have so little grounding in political reality.
