I never contended America had a dictator" No, I did NOT twist your words around, the words you chose to employ - twice no less - inferred that America has had dictators. I am not to blame here, but rather your chosen string of words. Examine the strings of words you choose more closely, and please, by all means, go get thyself a better understanding of what is required to constitute a lie before claiming Bush has done so on any given issue.
