What is Senator/Candidate Kerry's position on promoting democracy in the Middle East and throughout the world? Now, to be fair, I'm sure he's for it... as long as the French and all the dictators on the Security Council are OK with it and willing to help out... and provided we've exhausted all possible negotiated solutions for making the totalitarian regimes a little nicer... and provided we don't rush into anything... and assuming there's an imminent threat that's 100% provable, to the satisfaction of the French, in advance. ;-)
