there are three (3) things in that TSCM article you should examine with particular interest... There were three (3) companies mentioned in that article that we researched and reported on...

1. SBTK literally blew up, defaulted on all debt, was delisted and went to zero based on the information we provided in our report. This happened sixty (60) days after our report. later, the SEC nailed management - as you will discover if you search google...

2. ECNC was halted by the SEC three (3) days after our report went public, based on identical allegations as were in our report... Not a surprise since we provided them our report and the supporting evidence. Our short position was avg'd at $20.80. After the ten (10) day halt, the stock opened at 25 cents. The SEC served them with two (2) lawsuits during the ten (10) day halt... perhaps a record for speed by the SEC fyi...

3. TERN dropped from $166ish to $50 in the five (5) days following our report. The allegations we made are about to be heard in a civil court, unless TERN submits and settles out of court. TERN closed today at $6.64.

if you continue to do your homework, you'll find we don't play games, we produce solid research. a fact you're about to discover firsthand.

monday, as a matter of fact.

have a nice weekend
