Don't twist my words or meaning. I specifically referred to murdering an unarmed, fleeing, wounded Viet Cong, and ordering the murder of the old man tending the water buffalo. That was NOT official government policy. Ask Lt. Calley. And I didn't write it or make it up, unlike some on this thread. I support true heros, and non-medaled soldiers, too. Don't give me any crap about denigrating heroes or soldiers in general. Kerry earned THREE purple hearts and a ticket home, without even checking into the hospital! He lost a grand total of two days of service!! Today's "liberals" give liberalism a bad name. I suspect they're not real liberals, but rather a bunch of despots who've hijacked it as a means to achieve and maintain power.
