Apparently not. And possibly aimed at the White House, I see.

Whoever's doing this, assuming it's the same perp and not a copycat, sure took their time before letting the another shoe drop ... wonder if that's calculated to increase the terror effect?

Hopefully the opposite will be true, and it'll turn out people have become inured a bit.
