I don't believe that there are Americans, more than perhaps a handful of perma-nuts, who hate Bush more than they hate the terrorists. I read the stuff and I believe that there are some Bush haters. There are a few folks, like Krugman, who seem to have gone 'round the bend. And I certainly believe that there are lots and lots of people who have a range of complaints about Bush. I have a range of complaints against Bush. I'm on record with them right here on this thread. But one would have to be quite mad to hate our President, however misguided he might be, however abusive you might feel he is to your interests, more than the terrorists. I think you are exaggerating the antipathy for Bush in your comparison. I doubt that even Krugman hates Bush more than he hates the terrorists. He just fusses more about Bush. There isn't much point in fussing about the terrorists.
