The right-wing has always BS'ed us about public education. They want right-wing quasi Nazi values taught only. Therefore, they pretend kids are getting educated in public schools. I had a fine education in public schools for awhile. I learned a lot. Most people who want to do, though there are many challenges.

All the Dept of Education does is skim state money off the top, feed it to their hungry bureaucrats and throw the bones leftover back to the states where the money originated from. When was the last time you saw a Dept of Education employee in front of a class of students? Yea never.
