NEOM also in that SB-2 filing: "To date, we have sold our physical world-to-Internet products to only 13 companies. Further, Digital Convergence, our primary customer for our physical world-to-Internet products, has filed Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and is presently being sued by us for default on a promissory note issued to us in lieu of payment."
