I hear you loud and clear. I don't see anything controversial in what you've said from my point of view... Another example of sacrifice for the group would be a plane being flown toward a major building where thousands of people are certain to be killed. Any innocent people on the plane are going to die anyway. The plane thus needs to be shot down to save the lives of many thousands. In any event, doctors and nurses allow thousands of terminally suffering people to die every day by exercising less than rigorous health care. It is what being part of the human family and a partner in suffering is all about.
