Bush can win on his military issues against anyone but the Silver star ticket. despite all Bush's weaknesses, some 60% still believe he's a strong military leader who has kept us safer. Dean's 40% of potential nay-sayers on that won't put a dent in Bush. That is why Clark's entry is so important. Not only does he stop Dean from getting nominated, but he helps stop the Bush military BS imagery from being able to be used. But only with Kerry as his ticket mate unless Gore steps back in. Biden also would have been a good candidate but he's a lot like Kerry and Kerry's is better.
