Abstinence is stupid. Inhuman and stupid.

So much for every nun and every priest in the world.

Perhaps that's because you're thinking black/white and I'm not.

In some cases, black-white thinking is the right way to go. For example: domestic violence is never right. Period. Black and white.

Starving a child as a method of discipline is never right. Period. Black and white.

Infanticide is never right. Period. Black and white.

Sometimes in life there are issues that should be dealt with as shades of grey. But sometimes there are not.

"So there you are. Abstinence is stupid."

That reminds me we were talking about bees, weren't we? Yes of course we were. In a bee hive there are naturally 20K to 40K drone (male) bees. Now, when the females are born, they don their bonnets, grab a lunch box and are off to work. However, when the males are born they kick up their feet, grab the remote and take a cozy spot on the couch, to be fed and pampered by the females until such a time as a new queen might give 'em a wink. At that time they all fly out of the hive and the ONE that flys the highest and the fastest gets to make whoopie with the queen 'ONE' time. Thats it for the boys and for the queen. The fellas go back to the hive and resume their relaxed lifestyle. The queen heads for the nursery and gets busy laying eggs. None of the female bees have time for such nonsense as doing it or laying eggs. Although, they do manage the nursury.
