Jim, You pick the number and answer the question. Be specific. Here's a previous question you didn't answer: "And if you agree with US independent action based on human rights, there are at least a half dozen other counties, that would cost another ~600$Billion, and thousands of American kids, that are on your agenda. Do you support the idea of the US as a military human rights enforcer, throughout the world?" And another: "Here's your next target. When do you propose we start?"
