It was a very tough call. It was about defending our country. If what Bush had promised was true, everything would have worked out all right. But he lied. Dean didn't know he was lying. He is just a pacifist in general, a very liberal guy from Vermont. What do you expect from a liberal Vermonter? He has zero experience in foreign affairs. His suggestion the other day that we sanction Saudi Arabia for human rights violations was nutty. So was his confederate remark. He's got a habit of nutty remarks. It's a wonder anyone would call him a straight-shooter. He's out of control.
