If all this is true Dan, can you please tell everyone what MTXX's insurance coverage is including deductable amount per case. per case limit and total limit?

Can you also tell us what MTXX's insurance policy says about pre exisiting but not disclosed product liablities?
Since Intranasal Zinc problems were publicly disclosed in the QGLY vs GUMM/MTXX lawsuit, one would think that MTXX would have disclosed this when applying to their insurance company for product liablity coverage. DID THEY DAN?

And please tell us why MTXX is making legal threats to the good Dr. Bruce Jafek in an attempt to keep the world from knowing the evil truth about zinc. Why would a legitimate company try to stifel the truth about its products when one of the worlds greatest Rhinologists wants to tell everyone about it? What is it MTXX is trying to hide.

Dan can you sleep at night knowing what this non FDA approved drug does to people? Have you know conscience? Or is it all about Makemillions?

ACTISYN From SPORTPHARMA Last month I reviewed a new product put out by SportPharma called Actisyn. I went on record stating that I was skeptical about SportPharma’s claim that Actisyn increases protein synthesis in the body 640% better than ion-exchange whey protein. It appears my hunch that the advertising surrounding Actisyn was misleading and primarily “hype” has been substantiated.
I have a document dated May 6, 1999 that states, “the United States District Court for the Southern District of California found that SportPharma USA published false and misleading claims in advertising and product labeling for its new supplement product, Actisyn.” Judge Napoleon A. Jones Jr. has ordered SportPharma to recall all “Actisyn” products and promotional material containing statements that the court found to be false or misleading. He also ordered Sportpharma to pay Next Nutrition (the makers of Designer Protein) a $50,000 damage award for “making disparaging representations” of Designer Protein.
In light of this ruling anyone who purchased Actisyn from my store may return the remaining portions or the empty can for FULL CREDIT. Not to say I told you so, but I knew those claims were a little far fetched when I first read them. Needless to say all SportPharma products carried in my store will undergo thorough testing and the results will be posted in upcoming newsletters.

We may incur significant costs resulting from product liability claims

We are subject to significant liability should use or consumption of our products cause injury, illness or death. Although we carry product liability insurance, there can be no assurance that our insurance will be adequate to protect us against product liability claims or that insurance coverage will continue to be available on reasonable terms. A product liability claim, even one without merit or for which we have substantial coverage, could result in significant legal defense costs, thereby increasing our expenses and lowering our earnings. Such a claim, whether or not proven to be valid, could have a material adverse effect on our product branding and goodwill, resulting in reduced market acceptance of our products. This in turn could materially adversely affect our results of operations and financial condition.

Here is a famous Dan Zimmerman quote from recent past:

"Anyone that calls Zicam Cold Remedy a "zinc salt", "saline solution", "caustic", or "acid" do not know what they are talking about."

This is the link he said it on.
