Rumsfeld says the Bush policy is to "capture and kill terrorists".

I wonder if anyone asked him to clarify this.

I hope he does not believe that to beat terrorists, you have to become terrorists.

If Bush policy is to stop terrorism why did they let all the top saudis and Bin Laudens fly out of the country right after 9-11 without being interrogated? And why did they pull out of Afghanistan so quickly? I'd say they have an even bigger motive. To steal as much power and money as they can for their inner circle of friends. After all, Osama is Bush's best friend. He made him popular. Nothing else could have. 9-11 was the best thing that ever happened to Bush. for two whole years he was practically US dictator.
