I would say they are skeptical of anyone with the answer... as long as i have been around there has always been incentives for nurses to come into the country.. I know a few who came from Canada and Ireland to work here. Of course i am going back thirty years... but it seems we have the same problems today.. sorry nothing more to add.

Gephardt is endorsed by 20 labor unions, Kerry two.
The labor unions are jumping the gun here. In fact it's possible none of the above candidates may get the nomination. Labor unions are useful but they never guarantee a win. Cruz Bustamante was endorsed by every labor union in California.
