Sarmad,
My belief is that there will be a major correction when rates start to rise. Rule of thumb is the second fed rate increase but I suspect the correction will start on or about the first rate increase. I also believe that this retrenchment will create a buying opportunity as the rise from 1% to 2% will not stop growth. 1% is an articially low number created by the fed so there is more room to rise before the goose gets fully cooked. Having said that, I will take profits as soon as it becomes clear that the fed is in rate increase mode. Mike
