No, I think also having a longterm military presence in Iraq was also part of the why--in concert with oil and US multinational big corporate deals. I'd bet the 'Who-gets-the- contracts' is coming directly from the VPs office.

If you ask me, there still is an imminent threat, though Mr. Bush plainly suggested we needed to act BEFORE the threat became imminent. Regardless the state of Saddams weapons of mass destruction, I believe Bush's assessment as I've just paraphrased it was correct.

You really don't like the fact that Mr. Bush's words in his State of the Union Address reveal the dishonesty in your false accusations, do you? Too bad.
