Hello Pezz, <<NEM calls>> my overall aggregate consolidated and distilled experience with options is, 'take profit when there is profit to be taken'.

Hello Pezz, Tonight's Report:

In view of the controversy over IVAN (see Subject 54392 and Subject 54384 ) and the fact that IVAN gapped up on open, I sold 2/3 of my IVAN @ 6.17, suffering a recognized loss of USD 0.73/shr Message 19470415 <<November 5th, 2003>> so as to fight another day.

I still hold this dollop Message 19474081 <<November 6th, 2003
... To hopefully partially pay for the above trade and a hopefully a quick merciful flip, I bought more IVAN uk.finance.yahoo.com at USD 6.41/shr, hell bent on giving ‘bull market corrects all mistakes’ a serious test>>

... we cannot conclude that 'bull market does not correct all mistakes' yet; I just chose not to be exposed as much as before on the test. I remind you, 'survive so as to fight another day'.

BTW, I believe the controversy will make IVAN more volatile than ever, and thus much more fun :0)

Chugs, Jay
