i see maria will interview an oligarch (who has been exiled in england) on her cnbc program tonight. this is the guy who stratfor said is the first one to realize they were going to get smacked, took the money and ran, and bought several high priced soccer and other sports clubs. i will be very interested how much homework maria has done on this stuff. it will also be interesting how this guy (abramovich??) spins his tale. i just hope maria asks him a fundamental question of how these guys got the initial money to control all these formerly state owned businesses in oil, aluminum, airlines, etc.
