Providential expects to record a net profit of $3,300,000 or $0.04 per share for the quarter, as compared to a net loss of $393,259 or ($0.01) per share during the same quarter of the previous year. The increase in revenues was due to merger and acquisition activities which are expected to be a steady source of income for the company in the future as well.
