I'm also sold on the fundamentals Jody and have followed it for years. We just cleared the downtrend line but not getting much volume expansion yet. Hopefully things will get hopping this afternoon. Poor market conditions today for a good rise to develop.

I'd like to see some good volume Thursday and Friday to confirm. Target for this move is $27. Others in the Alt energy type stocks breaking out of the same patterns. I follow about 30 of these closely and I'm buying each one as they make there break. The next few years should be very good to stocks in this sector.
