Hi Ron, The sun if hard enough on concrete...then salts and poor soils, poor finishers...cheap home builders etc. You can work 24/7/356 in southwest like Vegas. Those people don't even see their ugly concrete in Buffalo 6 mos out of the year!. Not having a freeze thaw cycle like the mid-west or northern areas is a plus. Swimming pool/barbecue country is where I need to be. Growth helps...they build approx. 2200 homes a month in vegas....65k new residents every year since I've lived here from 1989. I should have been investing in real estate! Does the market move higher this afternoon or roll over? SPX share.esignal.com
