The business world thrives on stability, which isn't what Bush is selling. He's into selling fear, uncertainty and doubt, just as the Republicans did during the Cold War. 9/11 was just the boost he needed for his neo-con agenda, but it's losing steam more and more everyday. He realized before 9/11 that he wasn't much of a president, and as Commander and Chief, he doesn't have to be. All ills can be laid at the door of the "Enemy".
