those plans were left over from Clinton Adm.. and Rumsfeld threw them out.

those invasion plans, if they actually exist probably sate back to Swarzkoff and Powell, kets face it, there arent that many ways to invade, and if true, the plan followed was unlike any other american invasion of recent memeory, as it didnt start with the bombers, as was expected, so, what excatly do you mean by, drawn up in advance?
