About that many voted for Leftist parties last time. Purest of wishful thinking. They would support such a deal, if it were real - but the Geneva accords are not real. The PA would never keep their side of the bargain for a minute, just as they never kept Oslo, even supposing they could be got to sign it. The whole idea of Land for Peace is bankrupt because only one side supports it.
