Lake Shore Gold Corp LSG Shares issued 22,602,571 Nov 10 close $2.08 Tue 11 Nov 2003 News Release See (BAN) News Release Mr. Wayne O'Connor of Band-Ore Resources reports LAKE SHORE GOLD AND BAND-ORE INK TIMMINS, ONTARIO GOLD AGREEMENT Band-Ore Resources has reached an agreement with Lake Shore Gold regarding 54 claim units located in Bristol township, Timmins, Ont. The claims, termed the Thunder Creek property, are contiguous to the south of the Holmer gold property, a property that is also under option to Lake Shore Gold. For a claim map showing the location of the claims which comprise the Thunder Creek property, refer to the Band-Ore Web site at www.band-ore.com. Lake Shore can earn a 60-per-cent interest in the property by making cash payments totalling $370,000 and completing exploration expenditures of $1,705,000 over five years, and by issuing 100,000 shares of LSG over four years. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval. Lake Shore Gold is currently conducting an extensive drilling program on the Holmer gold property, and exploration programs including drilling are expected to commence imminently on the Thunder Creek property. Band-Ore is continuing with a diamond drill program on the company's 100-per-cent-owned Thorne property. The current drill program has primarily been focused on the recently discovered No. 14 zone, where gold values of up to 9.59 grams per tonne over 4.5 metres (core length) have been encountered (hole GW-03-17).
