Along with the first steps in reforming the Great Social Security Fraud and stepping on the barbarian hordes of tort lawyers, a flat tax will most likely be a cornerstone of the now-guaranteed second Bush administration.

If the Democrats keep "progressing" like they have been for the last 5 years, he'll have a veto-proof Senate for these critical reforms in 2005...
