Some people think that the documentation was more important than the actual weapons. The UN thought the weapons were more important, shame on them.

That's ludicrous. It was about having confidence that Iraq was in compliance, and not continuing their active program of international/internal deception.

Can you honestly claim that any confidence could be derived from any of the documentation provided the UNSCOM/UNMOVIC inspectors?

The bottom line is that people like you were more content in believing what you want to believe, rather than relying upon facts.

And what you wanted to believe was that a totalitarian regime such as Saddam's, a regime which kept impeccable intelligence records (rivaling those of the Stasi) would just let 6,000 chemical weapons go unaccounted for.

Or that they wouldn't know the location of over a million documents related to NBC type WMD programs...

And if you'll believe that, then I guess you all own just about every bridge in America too..
