Cheney Theme of Qaeda Ties to Iraq Bombings Are Questioned by Some Well we know that the Saudi bombings were perpetrated by Al-Qaeda. And an Iraqi leader mentioned today that he believes the Saudi attacks were carried out by people who had recently been in Iraq. We're also finding quite a few weapons in Iraqi mosques, which also indicates that there is a religious support network behind some of the terrorism. So the evidence is trending toward the presence of Islamic militants behind some of these attacks, or an intent to attack in the future. But maybe there should be more headlines such as "GST and other peacenik's theme of no Iraqi ties to terrorism are questioned by many" Hawk
