Yes, but the drug trade goes on and on. Oh, I forgot, we don't officially condone that sort of thing, do we?

Just another example of the "haves" manipulating the "have nots" simply because they can. Very interesting how the views and purposes of law change as one climbs that ladder. When at the bottom, the "means" mean a lot to those with a bend for good. To the unscrupulous, the "end" is all that matters. As one gets to the top of the economical food chain, the "end" becomes the entire game. Funny how the "good" always become corrupted by power and money. Thucydides was a bright fellow.
