Ivanhoe Energy Report - PART TWO

TOXIC BOB - ENERGY vs MINING

IVAN’s promoter, known as “”Toxic Bob Friedland” has made his fortunes by “promoting” or “hyping” the value of minerals he “claims” are in properties he acquires.

Toxic Bob’s fortunes have not been made from the companies he owns actually turning a profit. Toxic Bob has made his fortunes by “pumping up” the price of his public company’s stock based on fantastical claims he makes about the “hidden wealth” in the companies ground. A pattern he seems to repeat at IVAN.

With IVAN, he also finances the company’s exploration and operations by selling millions of dollars of stock into his stock “pumps”, often at below market prices, which history has shown usually causes a collapse in a company’s stock price.

**It should be noted in fairness to Toxic Bob, his biggest success was a nickel discover in Newfoundland on a property he had HYPED as being rich in diamonds. No diamonds were ever found, and thusfar, the company who bought the property from Toxic wishes they hadn’t.

TOXIC BOB GOES DRILLING

Apparently nobody told Toxic Bob that making money in the Energy Biz was a little different than paying promoters to hype underground fortunes, then selling stock. In the energy biz, you need to actually prove there’s oil and gas on the property. Here are IVAN’s results to date.

OUR SELL RECOMMENDATION AND $1.00 PRICE TARGET ARE BASED ON:

1. False, and what appear to be intentionally misleading press releases issued by Ivanhoe regarding their business prospects and relationships;

2. A history of misleading and untrue statements made by certain members of Ivanhoe management;

3. The significant number of new shares issued and saleable by Ivanhoe, that if sold could negatively impact IVAN stock price;
